
Susan Pratley is one of Australia’s brightest young stars, representing the Australian Netball Diamonds and the NSW Swifts in the sport of Netball
Susan grew up in the small town of Bega in NSW, before developing her game to reach the pinnacle of her sport. . From 2003 to 2005 Susan was the cornerstone of Australia’s development squads, which helped to develop her leadership skills, composure, and shooting accuracy along with a reliable playing volume.
Pratley was a member of the 2007 Australian World Championship winning team; she won her second consecutive premiership with the Sydney Swifts in 2007; and then a third premiership title with the newly formed NSW Swifts in the new trans-tasman ANZ Championship in 2008; and put her name in the history books after executing a perfect shooting performance during the 2006 Grand Final match shooting 26 goals without a miss. In 2009, Susan was named the New Idea’s Australia’s Favourite Diamond Netballer, as voted by the public, enforcing her likeability and marketability in the Australian market.
