Cultivate Sports was founded in 2009 for the purpose of better developing athletes to achieve their potential both within and outside their sporting realm. Cultivate begin in Australia under the management of Sammy Wloszczowski after spending several years working in athlete development and welfare roles across a multitude of sporting clubs and institutions. Cultivate personnel have intensively-developed athlete development expertise, and are regarded as being amongst industry leaders in athlete transitions into and out of sport, preparation for life after sport, and career development.

Cultivate Sports operates out of Melbourne, Australia and has developing links with international sports management firms to ensure all their athletes are looked after the world over. The organisation is also committed to controlling the number of clients and focusing on quality over quantity to ensure a personal, attentive and holistic approach to athlete and coach management.

Cultivate Sports also provides professional development workshops and careers consultancy services to a range of organisations, including the Victorian Institute of Sport, further strengthening its committment to becoming an international leader in athlete career development.
